60 acres of glasshouses with state-of-the-art production processes

As well as growing crops in the fields, we’ve also invested in the largest complex of glasshouses - 60 acres - in the industry, featuring state-of-the-art production processes. These glasshouses allow the fruit to grow in warm, dry conditions and be given all that they need in order to grow large and plump - ready to be picked.

The special thing about Leythorne is that we grow the best fruit indoors. All of our berries are contained within 26 hectares of glasshouse, where the long sunny Sussex days allow us to grow between February and December.
