White Chocolate and Raspberry Muffins
Jenny from Wild Garlic, The Community Cookery School and children from Rodborough School used delicious Hall Hunter raspberries to bake white chocolate and raspberry muffins. The children were guided through a step-by-step process, before preparing and then baking the muffins themselves. It was a great way of sparking an interest in cookery for the children and inspired many to try baking at home as a way to relax and unwind.
