Tractor driver / Spray operator

Salary £23, 000- £25, 000 depending on experience

This job is a great opportunity to join our focused farm team at Hall Hunter Partnership.

We are a large soft fruit farm looking for an experienced and self-motivated tractor driver. You must be conscientious with a professional aptitude and use to long hrs during busy periods

PA1 & PA2, and practical spraying experience is an advantage.

Position TRAINEE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Job Description

Hall Hunter Partnership is a family farming business, located across 8 sites in the

south east of England. It has rapidly expanded within the past 5 years and is now

requires a management accountant. The role is based at the main farm

office near Wokingham working within the Finance Team.

We are looking for someone with an Agricultural or Horticultural Degree / Diploma

and experience and we will be offering sponsored Accountancy Training.

The position:

  • You will be involved in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
  • Supporting the Farm Managers in their business development 
  • Variance analysis and ad hoc reporting 

The individual:

  • Agricultural or Horticultural experience and skills are desirable
  • Agricultural or Horticultural Degree or Diploma
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • An interest in learning and development
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • A desire to fast track your career
  • A good level of confidence

 Salary £25,000-£30,000 (Full Time)

Position Manager of Growing
Job Description

As an expanding business we have a number of opportunities for individuals who aspire to be the best in British Horticulture.  You will be joining an experienced and motivated team and given a full range of training and development relevant to the role.

The position

The successful candidate will be involved in growing our full range of crops on one of our 8 production sites across the South of England.  They will be involved in all roles involved in the different stages of plant propogation and development, manipulating all key elements of irrigation, fertigation, husbandry and climate control.

The individual

The successful candidate will have a burning desire to develop themselves and those around them and demand rapid development.  They will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate others around them in a closely working team.  They will have a proven record of interest or education within agriculture or horticulture.
