Overview:
Manor and Groves farm is our newest farm and grows only strawberries. It is located south of the roman city of Chichester and to the north of Bognor Regis which is the seaside town.
Size: 98 acres
Closest Town:
The site is close to the City of Chichester and the town of Bognor. They are located close to the sea (40 minute walk, 10 minute cycle) just south of the South Downs National Park. The weather here tends to be warmer and have less rain than the sites further North.

A study by the research company MORI ranks Chichester in the top three places to live in England. Mid Suffolk and Wealden were first and second. The survey rated areas according to appearance and the crucial importance of this visual quality in determining quality of life. Bognor Regis: Is a small seaside town on the south coast of England in the county of West Sussex. It’s situated approximately 70 miles south west of London. Bognor Regis has more sunshine than any other town in Britain, making it the country’s sunshine capital. It is a traditional seaside town with many rides and amusements for the children.

When visiting Bognor Regis be sure to visit one of the towns parks and gardens. If you get tired of lazing on the beach, you can always fit in some shopping. From department stores, arcades to souvenir kiosks there is something for everyone. There is also a regular open air market in the town square opposite the theatre.

In the evening Bognor Regis has several nightclubs, live music and other entertainment at most of the town pubs

Lot’s of nice restaurants,shopping centres and attractions. The town has many events such as powerboat,festivals,there is a skatepark.The Royal pavilion has to be one of the Brighton’s best-known and most popular tourist attractions. Brighton Marina is one of the largest of its type in the UK. Brighton has its pier, which is known as Brighton Pier. It has its funfair with dodgems and a roller- coaster as well as arcades, along with the cafes and restaurants. In the height of the summer tourist season, the pier provides backdrop for fireworks displays which bring onlookers to the beachfront to enjoy the spectacular displays.

How to get here:
By train from London Luton airport to Chichester but you will have to change trains in Three Bridges.
By train from London Gatwick airport to Chichester but you will have to change trains in Littlehampton.
